  • Examines the relational issues by evaluating clients’ motivation for change in both themselves & their relationship. This is partially done through utilizing the stages of change model of motivational interviewing strategies, amongst others. 

  • Here to assist the couple in rediscovering and reigniting the passion that once existed within the relationship

  • Helps the couple develop solution-oriented tools & approaches to build a healthier relationship

  • Works to restore the trust in each other through open, honest, & vulnerable communication 

  • When appropriate, Traci provides Interventions, through evidence-based behavioral methods for making substantial changes in communication, and assertiveness along with building conflict resolution skills.

  • Uses DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) approaches such as validation and emotional regulation—skills that are extremely useful for couples’ dealing with high levels of conflict. Acceptance and mindfulness strategies are also included in these sessions.

  • Offers exercises in re-framing conflict and problems through education and offers more strength-based perspectives.
