Tele-Talks with Traci is your source for empathetic, licensed, and effective online psychotherapy.
Are you struggling in major life areas such as marriage, relationships, addiction, trauma, or common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or psychotic disorders? Online psychotherapy with Traci can provide a healthy and powerful solution for what you are dealing with.
Therapy can assist with the following areas of your life:
Mentally/Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually, Financially, & Romantically
We combine each of these areas to create the entire makeup of our lives and our being. The goal is to find balance in all five areas. Many times, something impedes our goal of balance. Therapy can help to put things back in perspective, back in harmony, or even create balance, possibly for the first time, ever.
Tele-Talk therapy sessions with Traci offer added professional support, that can help to get you back on track. Some issues can be addressed in a few sessions, while some may see increased benefits over time through long-term care. Inclusivity
Traci has worked within communities of people who have been marginalized, disenfranchised, oppressed, repressed, & many times left depressed. So often people within these communities are left not understanding what to do with those feelings, thoughts, and emotions. A few examples of the specific populations include the following:
LGBTQ+ community - Traci has decades of experience and a true passion for supporting the LGBTQ community. She has also done community work within the trans community and has a deep understanding of specific issues they face on a day-to-day basis. Traci has helped people throughout all phases of their transition process, from those first thoughts and questions, all the way through post-op support. Coming out to friends and family can also be a complex and difficult process and one that Traci has assisted countless individuals with.
People of color - As a woman of color herself, Traci shares the perspective, and has also worked extensively with populations such as Native American, LatinX, Asian American, Multiracial, ……. Traci has a true wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from having counseled for over two decades.
Formerly Incarcerated/Forensic Populations - Traci provides the ability to maintain objectivity and compassion and has an extensive background in working with those who have been incarcerated or institutionalized. Both during the time they've spent incarcerated at the local county jail level, state prison level, or the federal level, as well as after release.
She's worked with those who have simple misdemeanor cases/charges, to those with felonious backgrounds; including Registered Sex Offenders (PC 290) or formerly Registered Drug Offenders (former PC 11590). Traci brings more than two decades of working directly within the judicial system to the work she does. This includes working with both the perpetrator as well as the survivor of violent, sexual, & yes even physical assault.
